Employability Day - A Guide for Volunteers

Taking part in an Employability Day is an excellent way of helping students with the next stage of their careers learning.  By conducting mock interviews, you will help to provide up to 8 young people with an interview experience within the safe confines of their school helping to dispell interview fears when they are required to go for an interview at college, sixth form or work placements.

  • Role: Conducting Mock Interviews

  • Time commitment: 2 - 3 hours

  • Preparation: None

  • Age group of students: 14 - 16

  • Number of students:  You will interview up to 8 students

  • Briefing: On the day or at your workplace
