Employability Day

With updated content and an improved flow this remains one of our most powerful and effective events in our events catalogue. Students are guided through the job search and online application process then progress to take part in a range of interactive activities to develop their employability skills, master the ‘paper’ application form and prepare for an interview.

Mock Interviews for a whole year group are carried out by a team of professional employers invited to the school. This can run as a four period activity or it can be extended to include an ’Achievement Assembly’ and relevant theatre performance, making it into a full day event. It can also be shortened to involve one lesson of preparation and the mock interviews if preferred
